PAYMENT
Payment is due upon shipment and payable by credit card through our online invoice. Late payments will incur a 10% late fee per month. NET 30 terms will be considered for existing accounts in good standing with professional references. Checks can be made payable to: Formidably Impressed

SHIPPING
We ship our wholesale orders via USPS priority mail with available tracking. Please let us know if you would like to arrange shipping with another shipping provider. We are now offering curbside pickup! Please contact us if you prefer to pickup your order if you are on O‘ahu. 

RETURNS + CANCELLATIONS
All returns must be requested and approved. Requests can be made via email or phone. Claims for shortages and/or damages must be reported within 5 days of receiving your merchandise and an exchange or credit will be applied to a future purchase. Unfortunately, shipping and handling fees are not refundable. Order cancellations can only be made within 24 hours of placing an order. Cancellations made after that will incur a 10% restocking fee.
